Interest in representing the Audubon County Fair. Here is your opportunity. 

Young Ladies of Audubon County 16 to 21 years of age, are invited to enter. The winner receives $50 — All other contestants receive $25. The winner will represent Audubon County at the Iowa State Fair. Each contestant must be an active member of at least one service organization in the community such as a school group, church group, Girl Scouts, 4-H, etc. Eligibility was not limited to 4-H members.

During the Audubon County Fair, the crowd Queen responsibilities include handing out awards during livestock shows, Figure 8 Races, & the Rodeo. 

Crowning will take place during the Sponsorship Dinner on July 16th.

Little Miss Audubon County 

We are also bring back our Little Miss Audubon County. Calling all Kindergarten through 3rd grade Audubon County gals interested in "competing" for the Little Miss Audubon County Fair title. 

This contest will take place during the Sponsorship Dinner before the Queen Contest on July 16th. Going into Kindergarten and just completed 3rd grade are eligible to compete. 

Contestants will walk across stage and simply say their name and answer a fun question. There is no dress code, wear whatever makes you feel beautiful.

Winner is determined by randomly drawling a name from a hat. That individual will be crowned Little Miss Audubon County and receive a crown and sash. She will have dedicated responsibility during the fair. 

No registration! We will just call for participants to meet behind the stage before the contest.
